Diamond Rush will be launching its big return to the producing and management scene with a big show at the Asylum nightclub on Thursday, November 1 featuring some of the label’s roster of artistes as well as special guest performers.
The event, which will be broadcast live on Hitz 92 FM, will see performances from Emperor Mangasha, Little Meeks, Daddy Meeks, Michael Diamond, King David, Ras Brando, Frederick Morgan and guest performers Lymie Murray and Ghost.
Diamond Rush, which is headed by Sampalue, in the late 90s was very active in the promotion, recording and management aspect of the business. The company held several successful events and at one point charted the career of female DJ Lady Saw.
Sampalue wants the world to know that they are back now – bigger, better and even more determined to make a difference in the entertainment world. “This concert is a way of announcing our rebirth in the business. We will definitely be coming back strong. We have a talented roster of artistes working with and will be going all out to take them to the next level in the business,” Diamond Rush representative Paul Dowell shared with Xtratainment.
Diamond Rush CEO, Sampalue, says he is excited about the rebirth of his company’s presence in the arena and promises that he will be devoting a lot of energy to its success.
“On Thursday, November 1 the massive will be getting a sneak peak of the kind of talents we have working with,” he informed.
So as far as Diamond Rush is concerned, it’s all about talent, good material and making a difference in the entertainment arena.
