The eight renewal of the annual Magnum GT Taylor Reggae Christmas Extravaganza to be held on December 25th at Independence Park, Black River, promises to be bigger and better this year. The event has featured some of Jamaica’s finest Reggae and Dance hall acts over the years such as, Shaggy, Beenie Man, Morgan Heritage, Sean Paul, Richie Stevens, John Holt, Ken Boothe, Mr. Vegas, Coco Tea, Sugar Minot and Elephant Man to name a few. With magnum as the title sponsor again this year, the event in keeping with tradition will feature a very exciting lineup of artists, to be announced at a later date.
There will also be several new additions to the event such as a V.I.P area. The production of this year’s show will be even better as the promoter promises, something extra special for patrons, as the event celebrates its 8th anniversary. Security and sanitary conveniences will be of the best quality, as GT Taylor is going all out to maintain the high standards which his event is known for. In continuing his support for the less fortunate as a member of the St. Elizabeth Care Committee, which is a charitable organization in St. Elizabeth that cares for the street people of the parish. GT will be placing a drop box in the venue on the night of the event, where patrons who wish to donate clothing items, shoes etc. to the less fortunate can put these items.
